Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Brough, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, Lola’s House is a warm and welcoming care home that offers a truly unique blend of Filipino hospitality and the best of British charm.

Our dedicated and experienced team, led by new owners Adam and Marlona Carter and the new manager Sarah Andrew is committed to providing the highest level of care and support for our residents.

At Lola’s House, we believe that everyone deserves the finest quality of life, no matter their age or circumstances. That’s why our team is working tirelessly to improve every aspect of our care home, from the comfortable, refurbished rooms to the daily activities and services that make life at Lola’s House a truly enriching experience.

Lola’s House has been under new ownership since April 2023, and after just three months obtained a ‘Good’ CQC rating in their first assessment. In addition to the 32 rooms in the main house, the extension has an additional 23 rooms. Newly refurbished rooms are now available.

As we continue on the exciting journey of 2024 at Lola’s House, we are thrilled to share our progress on the key goals and aspirations we have been working on since we took over management of Lola’s House in 2023. Our focus remains steadfast on enhancing the resident experience, continuously improving every aspect of our care home, and ensuring that dignity, respect, and compassion are at the forefront of our values.

We are eager to upgrade communal spaces, introduce an inviting coffee shop experience, and continue delivering quality meals to delight our residents.
