The staff in this home, do a marvelous job, friendly helpful staff and lovely Manager. Helpful at all times we have been. Clean and tidy, residents all seem very happy, once this home is modernised, it will be a good standard home for 24 hour care.

I come to Brough to see my dad who's been living here for a few years now. Hes deteriated a lot since November, he's 85 now. I am always impressed with the care I see. So today although my father wasn't his old self I did however feel the warmth, the old tunes playing in the background. Everyone (well mostly) tucking into there lunches. But what touches me the most is their patience, sincerity and support that I feel everyone receives while in the care of this home. I see carers giving hugs, dancing and making it as fun as possible. I want to give a shout out to say "thank you" on behalf of my dad but on behalf of everyone else too, THANKYOU!
